All products are digital goods delivered electronically.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the product:

• No refunds
• No chargebacks
• No disputes after delivery

Attempting to reverse payment after delivery may result in blacklisting and evidence being submitted to the payment processor.

4. Account Responsibility

Once login details are delivered:

• You are fully responsible for securing the account.
• You must change the password and enable 2FA immediately.
• We are not responsible for bans, terminations, or restrictions placed by Roblox after purchase.

We do not guarantee the longevity of any account.

5. Risk Disclosure

Purchasing accounts may violate Roblox’s Terms of Service.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• The account may be banned or reset.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from enforcement actions by Roblox.

6. Payment Terms

We accept:

• Litecoin, Bitcoin, and SellAuth account balance.
• Stripe / Card payments are not currently accepted but will be in the near future.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

If you attempt a chargeback after receiving the account:

• You forfeit any rights to support.
• We may provide transaction logs, IP logs, and any other records to dispute the claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Account bans
• Loss of items
• Loss of access
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the account or product.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice, though it will most likely be advertised when changes come into play.
